A cold wind continues to blow through Europe

The keepers of political correctness in Europe have struck another blow for their cause. Earlier this year a minister in Sweden was thrown into jail for stating homosexuality was a sin. Now an entire political party in Belgium has been banned. This from the BBC:

Belgium's highest court has ruled that the Flemish far-right Vlaams Blok party is racist. The ruling means the Blok will lose access to state funding and access to television which will, in effect, shut down the party.

The party was ruled as racists not because they were burning crosses or rounding up minorities in the streets. No, they were ruled as racists because they challenged the current imigration policies in Europe and have campaigned for reform. This happens to be one of the most crucial issues facing Europe as they move towards integration. But the problems will not be solved if public debate is censored by a politically motivated judiciary.

I'm sure we'll see more and more of this sort of news coming out of Europe as their continent continues its decline into oppresive rule and political chaos.
